As you walk through the front French doors you are greeted with a large open space of polished wooden floors and unique art adorning the walls. The owner of Assaradevi takes great pride in the décor of each villa as the concept for the pieces of art were created by her to complement the space.
While visiting the villa, take time to lounge by the infinity-edge pool and embrace the tropical sun and beautiful grounds. The villa provides for all your needs with a restaurant located off the open air lobby, Thai and oil massages, and a fitness center.
Located amongst the traditional Lanna community this property offers an experience unlike any other. With a prevalent Lanna culture, Countryside Villa A uses these resources and modernizes them for your comfort and convenience.
In this villa you will find two bedrooms upstairs, a master and guest, and one guest house next door. Inside the guest bedroom is two twin beds, three windows overlooking the extraordinary rice fields, small hall with ample closet space, medium-sized TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Next door to the guest bedroom is the master with a King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, large windows, medium-sized TV, and French doors leading you to a small balcony. Saving the best for last is the guest house next door which can welcome two people with its King-size bed. This room allows for your own space and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, polished wooden floors, chair with ottoman, large TV, and a personal mini fridge.
With a total of four bathrooms, three are ensuite while one is for guest. Located near the kitchen is a small guest bathroom with a cute black and white checkered décor. This bathroom comes furnished with a wash basin, toilet, and in traditional Thai style, a simple shower head near the toilet. In the master bedroom is a large ensuite bathroom with a French country design, toilet, wash basin, and bathtub/shower combination. The last two bathrooms are also ensuite; however, the guest bedroom is equipped with a free standing shower while the guest house has the same bathtub/shower combination as the master.
Located off the front entrance common space and down a few steps is the perfectly sized dining room that can accommodate a casual or formal environment. Separated by a bar top, the dining room is attached to the living room and has a dark black-brown table which seats up to six people.
The villa’s medium-sized kitchen creates just enough space with its Thai style and back door leading to a quiet outdoor space. With two gray and black granite countertops they are perfectly accented with a turquoise-jade tile above and a dual stainless steel sink with a sloping drainer for improved run off. This kitchen doesn’t provide as many amenities as the properties’ other two villas; however, it does have a built-in stove top and all necessary dishware and cutlery.
With an open-plan this medium-sized living room is furnished with a trendy chocolate brown one-armed sofa and decorative pillows. Although there is no coffee table in the room there is a bar top dividing the living and dining area; giving a fun vibe to the space. Whether you’re sitting on the couch or bar top you can easily view the large TV and its vast array of international satellite channels.

Cancellation by the guest
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:
15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
Cancellation by the property manager
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own/manage, however, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid.
We can not accept any further liability other than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance.

A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered.
The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises.
Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied.
We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure.
The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately.
No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean.
Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided.
Daily maid service
Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required.
Water & Electricity
All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out!
The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this.
The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control.
Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times.
Problems or complaints
All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum.
Check in / out times.
Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing.
